Medicine Woman – and honoring our process

by

Medicine Woman holds tools for healing in her magic basket.

She dances in the moonlight and sings her prayers.

Medicine Woman knows herbs and signs, stars and sums.

She is between maiden and mother, mother and crone.

Struck With Passion – A Letter from Shiloh Sophia

by

punctuate my daily activities with big sweeping action steps about twice a month. I reach out beyond my immediate circle and I try something I haven’t tried before about what I am passionate about. Sometimes, it results in amazing incredible things and sometimes, nothing happens. BUT expressing my passion for life and love even if I don’t get the result I was trying for, keeps me awake, alert, truly passionate and engaged. I have EXPRESSED MY passion and it happens through e-mail, phone and in person and in paintings and writings. I feel the fire in my heart and it makes me feel a part of all that is, grateful to SPIRIT for igniting my soul with love, and it gives me a desire to keep serving.

Sacred Path VS. Daily Grind: Living With Intention

Living With Intention

We can bring meaning to everything we do. If anyone is looking for a change, a shift, a new way of living in their lives and in their bodies – intentional living is an immediate, palpable, phenomenal possibility! It sounds so simple, and the crazy thing is, that it actually is somewhat simple. Intention may not seem like the hottest new topic. Setting an intention may seem like kindergarten for the enlightened, but life without intention, is rather grim.

While researching the word intention, I found that the latin root, intentio means to stretch or purpose. I also found that definition three of intention was: MEDICINE: The healing process of a wound. Interesting, considering that to bring intention into our daily lives, would indeed be a healing process of a wound, several wounds in fact – apathy, despondency, self loathing, lack of inspiration, slothfulness, greed, disorganization – to name a few.

To Be Wonderful

by

Have you ever felt
not quite yourself around some folks?
Why is it that
to be wonderful
is not supported by everyone?
Do you ever feel like your being a success,
or just being happy
appears to be threatening to others?
Even those who love you. (And they really do)

Interview with the Visionary Self – A 20 Minute Breakthrough Practice

by

The visionary self is really just you wearing your visionary lenses. It is you when you look deeply into your life and your heart with an intention to SEE beyond what is just “there” into what is possible. I believe all of us are visionaries and that we just need practice “being” visionary as it relates to our own life. So here is a little 20 Minute Breakthrough Practice to activate your visionary self!

The reason why this is a “breakthrough” is because by articulating your vision in your mind and heart, and then in writing – you shorten the distance between you and your vision considerably because you are taking time to “touch” the vision.

Remembering You

by

Remember that no one can do what you do, the way you do.
What you do is needed and wanted.
Remember that you have a unique purpose that has always lived within you.
And that it will continue to call on you until you say YES!
Remember that saying YES will call upon you to become more than you are.
And that this is part of the bliss of life, to become the most YOU that you can.
Remember that the key is to keep going no matter what.
